How long does shipping take?
Standard items ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders include a 7-day sample stage; from 3D scan to delivery, allow about 2-3 weeks.
Do you accept returns?
Standard items can be returned. Custom items cannot be returned because they are personalized to you. Specific terms are subject to customer service confirmation.
Is the AI try-on accurate?
The AI try-on is a reference preview. The actual result varies by hair type and head shape. We recommend 3D Custom Fit for a more accurate fit.
How do I start 3D Custom Fit?
Submit your request on the 3D Custom Fit page, and we will contact you to arrange a head scan.
How do I choose between the three materials?
Human hair is dyeable, the most natural-looking, and the longest-lasting—ideal for frequent wear and styling. The blend balances real-hair texture with price. Synthetic is budget-friendly and low maintenance, great for everyday quick wear or first-time users. See the Hair Guide for details.
