Fenzela provides wig customization consultation, AI try-on previews, 3D customization, and handcrafted craftsmanship services. Products are purchased through our Taobao store; after you place an order, the brand arranges production and shipping.
2. Customization & Delivery
Standard items ship within 3-5 business days after ordering. Custom items (including 3D head-shape customization) are based on the requirements and quotation confirmed by both parties. The standard sample stage is 7 days, and the delivery timeline follows the terms of your confirmed order.
3. Return Policy
Standard items support returns without a reason (subject to the details on the product page). Custom items (including 3D head-shape customization) cannot be returned without a reason because they are personalized to you; if there is a quality issue, we support a replacement.
4. Intellectual Property
The brand logos, copy, images, and designs on this website are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without permission. Product preview images are AI-generated renderings and may differ from the physical product; the physical product prevails.
5. Disclaimer
AI try-on and hair recommendations are reference suggestions and do not constitute a medical or professional diagnosis; the final result is based on the physical product. Fenzela is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure or third-party reasons.
